This series of broadsides stems from the need to make something in a time of crisis and have women to be inspired by to keep moving forward. They pushed onward and so can I.

The broadside series has the following guidelines for myself:

• Use materials I already have, do not buy anything

• Find women naturalists who inspire me and give me hope to see the world around me with a new perspective

• Do research to find them - get into the weeds

• Create a design that pushes my creative boundaries in some way

• Document my process

PLEASE NOTE: Using these guidelines there may be slight variations and uniqueness to the end products. Small variations in size, letterpress or digital printing, eco-printing and color variation may occur - and I hope you can revel in the uniqueness of your print with those things in mind.
