It allows for students to include a miniature card\/booklet and focuses on showcasing an individual’s visual collection of natural curiosities. The miniature specimen structure will include a hardcover book with a decorative frame and inset panel measuring 4.5h x 3w x .5 depth in size. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe first session will be creating the book covers and the second session will be building the frame panel, covering it will decorative paper, and techniques for specimen preservation, inclusion and alterations.  \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\" class=\"-Q4aO hw1z8 DcaPr o-zp-\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"ATqq4\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eStudents are encouraged to use an assemblage of historic illustrations, found objects, altered book components and natural artifacts.
